Service · Custom software development
Custom software, built for how you work.
Custom software is a tool built for your company: it follows the way you work instead of imposing its own. We build internal tools, custom ERP and SaaS products, from the scoping call to go-live.
You try every delivered stage on your own data.

Context
Custom or off the shelf
Off-the-shelf software is often enough, and we tell you on the first call: if it covers most of what you need, you save time and money by adopting it. Bespoke software makes sense when the way you work is what sets you apart, when several tools need to share the same data, or when per-user subscriptions end up costing more than a tool of your own.
What we hear
What business owners tell us
Your teams juggle spreadsheets that contradict each other. Your tools do not talk to each other, so someone copies the same information several times a week. Your software subscription goes up with every new user, for features you only partly use.
What we deliver
What your software gets
A tool that follows your steps
Screens, statuses and approvals follow the way your company already works. Your teams do not have to learn a vendor's logic.
Your tools connected
Shopify store, Stripe payments, spreadsheets, existing tools: the software fetches data where it lives, so it is entered only once.
Accounts, permissions and subscriptions
Everyone sees what concerns them. For a SaaS, customer accounts, plans and recurring payments are planned from the start: that is what runs Aiisyo, our own SaaS.
A tool someone else can pick up
The software comes with its documentation. The day you hire a developer, they build on what exists instead of starting again.
Before we build
When custom is not worth it
The first call is mainly to check that you need custom software at all. If an off-the-shelf product covers most of your needs, we say so. If a no-code tool is enough for a few months, while you validate an idea, it is often the best spend. Building your own tool only makes sense if it saves you more than it costs.
Custom software wins in three situations. The way you work is what sets you apart, and standard software would force you to change it. Your data lives in several tools that do not talk to each other, and someone spends their weeks copying it across. Or your per-user subscriptions already cost more over three years than a tool you would own.
Before pricing, we look at how the work gets done today: who enters what, in which file, and where the errors appear. That is often where the first useful version is, much smaller than the software imagined at the start.
What we build
Internal tool, custom ERP or SaaS
An internal tool replaces a team's spreadsheets: orders, stock, scheduling, case tracking. A custom ERP goes further and connects those functions, so that an order updates stock, the invoice and the dashboard without re-entry. A SaaS is software you sell yourself, on subscription, to other companies.
William and Guillaume, the two developers on the team, code these tools themselves. We built our own, Aiisyo, an AI agent SaaS with customer accounts, subscriptions paid through Stripe, a database, and agents that work in the background. We also built the application behind LLM Tracker, a SaaS that measures how visible a brand is in AI answers, along with its website.
We connect your software to what you already use when those tools allow it: a Shopify store, Stripe payments, a shared spreadsheet. Your data is entered once, in one place.
After go-live
Software that grows with you
Go-live starts with your data: today's files are imported, checked, then organised in the new database. Your teams get started with us, on their own records.
Hosting is paid directly to its provider. The documentation explains how the tool is built, so any developer can take it over.
Your company changes, and the tool follows. Each change is quoted on what it requires. Because the first version was designed to grow, adding a screen or a connection does not mean starting over.
The method
How custom software gets built
Scoping
A 30-minute call, then a written proposal: what the tool must do first, the scope, the fixed price and the timeline.
Mock-ups of the key screens
You go through the screens that matter before a line of code is written. It is the cheapest moment to change your mind.
Development in stages
Each delivered stage runs on your own data. Your teams try it and comment during the project.
Go-live and handover
Import of existing data, onboarding with your teams, technical documentation. Further changes are quoted as needed.

Questions
Custom software questions
How much does custom software cost?
A custom business tool starts at €20,000. A full ERP or SaaS is quoted after the call: the price depends on the number of screens, the data to migrate and the tools to connect. The fixed price is written in the proposal, before work starts.
How long does custom software take to build?
It depends on the scope of the first version. We split it into stages, and each stage has its date in the written proposal. A useful first version beats a complete tool delivered in one go: your teams use it sooner, and what comes next is decided on how they really use it.
Is custom software only for large companies?
No. A small business that loses hours every week copying data between three tools often has more to gain than a large corporation that already has the tools. The real question is the cost of what is done by hand today, compared with the price of the tool.
Who owns the code?
You do. The code, the database, the hosting accounts and the domain names are in your name. We work with access you can remove at any time.
How do maintenance and hosting work?
Hosting is set up in your name, and you pay the provider directly. Fixes and changes are quoted as needed. The code is documented, so fixes and changes can also go to someone else.
Custom software or an off-the-shelf subscription: which should I choose?
Compare over three years: the subscription times the number of users, plus the time spent working around what the software does not do. If the total stays reasonable and the product covers the essentials, keep it, and we will tell you so. If not, a tool of your own pays off, and it evolves with you.
