Context
What makes a Meta Ads campaign work
On Meta, the visuals do most of the work. A campaign that works starts with reliable conversion tracking, then creatives tested against each other, then a budget moved towards what sells.
What we hear
What advertisers tell us about Meta Ads
You pay for clicks that never become customers. Your pixel does not report purchases. Your ads have been running with the same visuals for months.
What we deliver
What your Meta Ads campaigns get
Tracking that counts sales
Pixel and Conversions API checked before spending anything. Without sales reported back, Meta optimises blind.
Creatives made for you
Images and videos made by Lumbe, to your brand guidelines. You approve every creative before it runs.
Tests, not bets
Several messages and several visuals in parallel, and we keep what sells. Choices are made based on your numbers.
A budget that follows results
We start small, increase what pays and cut what does not. You see where all of the money goes.
Before spending
What we check before the first ad
A Facebook and Instagram ad sends people somewhere, usually to a page on your website. If that page is slow on mobile, or the offer is not visible straight away, you are paying for nothing. So we look at the landing page before designing a single ad. When it needs reworking, we say so, and the team can rebuild it.
We also ask for your margin and your average order value. Those two numbers say how much you can pay for a customer without losing money. Without them, there is no way to know whether a campaign earns or costs. They then become the threshold for deciding what to cut and what to push.
Finally, we go through what has already been tried on your account. Past campaigns, even failed ones, show which audiences responded and which messages were ignored. We start from there rather than from a blank page. You have already paid for those lessons, so we might as well use them.
The creatives
Why the designer runs the campaigns
On Meta Ads, the algorithm does much of the targeting on its own. What stays in your hands is mostly the image or video that stops the scroll in the feed. That is why your campaigns are run by Lumbe, the team's designer. The person reading the numbers is also the person who can redo the visual the next day.
He designs each creative in your brand identity, in the right format: vertical for stories and reels, square or vertical for the feed. One message is turned into several visuals, run together to see which one makes people buy. The winner stays, the others are replaced with new ideas. You approve every creative before it runs.
A creative always wears out eventually, once the same audience has seen it too many times. Results then drop without anything else changing in the campaign. Lumbe watches for that moment and prepares the next creative before that moment comes.
The monthly report
How we read Meta Ads numbers
Meta's Ads Manager counts sales its own way. It sometimes credits itself with a purchase a customer would have made anyway, or misses one made on another device. So we always compare its numbers with those of your store or your invoicing tool. When they do not match, we show you the gap and explain it.
The number we follow first is the cost of a sale: what you spent with Meta, divided by the sales actually paid. Clicks, likes and reach come after. They help explain a campaign, they do not make it profitable.
Every month, you get this report in writing, in plain language. If a campaign does not find its rhythm after several weeks of tests, we tell you. And we suggest stopping it rather than raising the budget to hide the problem. Management starts at €700 a month, and you set the ad budget.

Questions
Facebook and Instagram ads questions
How much does a Facebook or Instagram ad cost?
There are two amounts. The ad budget, paid directly to Meta: you set it, and it can start small. Then our work: setup (conversion tracking, account structure, first creatives) from €900, and management from €700 a month.
What ad budget should I plan for?
Enough for Meta to have time to learn. We work it out on the call based on your average order value and your margin, and we prefer to start small, then increase what works.
How do I advertise on Facebook and Instagram?
You need a Facebook page and a professional Instagram account linked to Meta's Ads Manager, then conversion tracking installed on your website to know what sells. Then come the creatives, made in several versions to see which one works, and a budget tested over a few weeks. We handle all of that setup.
Who makes the visuals?
Lumbe, who is also the team's designer. You approve every creative before it runs.
