Context

Why growth needs the whole funnel

Getting traffic is not enough if that traffic does not convert. We work on the whole funnel: attracting the right visitors, convincing them, keeping them.

What we hear

What we often hear about growth

You spend on Google Ads or Meta without knowing whether it pays. Your emails go unopened. Your website gets visits but few enquiries. You have tried lots of things, without a method.

What we deliver

Your growth, point by point

  • An audit of your acquisition

We analyse your traffic sources, your acquisition costs and your conversion funnels. We find the leaks.

  • Campaign optimisation

Google Ads, Meta, email: we improve what exists before recommending new spend.

  • A/B testing and CRO

We test hypotheses on your website to raise the conversion rate: landing pages, forms, calls to action.

  • Email automation

Welcome sequences, cart reminders, post-purchase emails: we set up automations that work without you.

Our common ground

Growth marketing, our shared training

We are three independent specialists who studied at the same marketing school. Growth marketing is the base we share, before our own specialities. William applies it to SEO and development, Lumbe to Meta Ads campaigns and design, Guillaume to the websites he builds. So we all speak the same language when it comes to your numbers.

Growth starts from a simple idea: every bit of budget and every hour must return something measurable. We do not pick a channel because it is fashionable. We pick it because your numbers say it can bring in customers at a cost your margin can carry. If no channel passes that test, we say so before spending.

That changes how we work with you. We do not offer you a website, then ads, then SEO, each in its own corner with its own report. We look at a customer's whole journey, from the first search to the second order. The weakest point of that journey becomes the first job.

A test

How we run an acquisition test

A test starts with a written sentence: if we change this, that number should move. For example, a more precise page title should bring more quote requests. We note the starting number before touching anything. Without that starting point, we could not say afterwards whether anything changed.

Then we change one thing at a time. If we change the title, the image and the price at once, nobody will know what made the difference. Each test leaves a conclusion we can reuse elsewhere.

Because we code the websites ourselves, putting a test live does not depend on another provider. Our rule fits in one sentence: an idea on Monday is live on Wednesday. The test then runs long enough for the result not to be down to chance. Then we keep the winning version, or roll back.

What we measure

The numbers that do not count

Followers, likes and impressions are easy to push up. They fill a report nicely, but they do not pay your bills. We look at them to understand a campaign, and we judge it on sales.

What we track fits in a few lines: the number of enquiries or sales, what each one cost you, and the share of customers who come back. If those numbers do not move, acquisition has not improved, whatever else happened. We follow them every month, against the same period last year when possible. Otherwise, seasons distort every comparison.

We also never report a number we cannot check. When data is missing, because tracking is not in place or a tool does not report it, we write that in the report. Then we install what is needed to have it the following month.

The method

How we run growth marketing

  1. Full diagnosis

Analytics, ads, email: we start from your existing numbers to understand what works and what holds growth back.

  2. Prioritising the levers

We identify the 3 to 5 actions that will have the most impact on your revenue, and rank them by effort and impact.

  3. Execution and tests

We carry out the priority actions and measure their effect in real conditions.

  4. Monthly iteration

Each month, we analyse the results and adjust the strategy. We stop what does not work, and scale up what does.

Questions

Growth marketing questions

What is growth marketing?

A way of doing marketing through measured tests: we start from your numbers, form a hypothesis, change one thing, and keep what raises enquiries or sales. It covers the customer's whole journey, from the first visit to the second order.

Growth hacking or growth marketing: what is the difference?

Growth hacking mostly means quick acquisition tricks, often one-offs. Growth marketing keeps the same testing logic, but applies it over time and to the whole journey: acquisition, conversion, retention. We practise the second.

What budget should I plan for campaigns?

We start by auditing what you already spend, before recommending a bigger budget. Often, spending better returns more than spending more.

How do you measure results?

We set the indicators together at the start: traffic, enquiries, revenue, conversion rate. Every action is measured against those goals.

Do you manage social media too?

For advertising, yes: Lumbe runs Meta Ads campaigns on Facebook and Instagram. We do not take on the day-to-day running of your accounts.
